before the crown
You're still competing, but want to take a different approach. It's time to start thinking big picture and how to set yourself up for success whether you take home the crown or not. This is a 12-week program designed to help you approach your competition year from a whole new perspective and redefine what "success" means to you. We will build up to the competition, as well as provide support after the big day, no matter the outcome.

forever a queen
You've recently relinquished your title and have hung up the crown and sash - maybe for the last time? It seems like you should be at an appearance, or talking with your board, but instead, you're living your "normal" life and it still just doesn't feel right. You need help finding purpose beyond the crown and redirecting your energy now that you are "just you". This program is flexibly positioned to support whatever space you are in right now. Offering a range from 4-week to 12-week programs to navigate the transitional space of becoming (and loving) "just you".

aged out, now what?
You aged out of your system and you're not really sure what to make of it. There are lots of emotions swirling around and none of them are particularly great. You're not sure how to process your feelings and still use your experience as sound footing to launch into your next thing with a positive notion. This program is designed to help you work through all of the complex emotions that come with closing this chapter and turn your sights towards whatever "what's next" is best for you. Options range from 4-week to 12-week programs.
