A non-refundable retainer is required for bookings, with the remaining balance due before the event or artwork delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery (For Artwork Purchases)

Original artwork and commissions are shipped via a trusted carrier with tracking and insurance when applicable.

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Shipping costs vary based on location, size, and handling requirements and will be detailed in the purchase agreement.

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations
Live Event Services

Retainers are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.
Artwork Sales & Commissions

All sales of original artwork and commissions are final.

Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, refunds or exchanges are not available once work has begun.
If there is an issue with a received artwork (e.g., damage during shipping), clients must report it within 48 hours of delivery for resolution options.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Purchasing a physical artwork does not grant the right to reproduce, sell prints, or use the image for commercial purposes.
Annika Wooton retains all copyrights and reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Taxes & Legal Compliance
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties or VAT imposed by their country.
