Annika Wooton

Live Speed Painter for Corporate Events, Brands & Major Sports Arenas
Annika Wooton is a live speed painter who creates large-scale, finished paintings in minutes, in front of crowds of thousands, set to music. She describes the work as part artist, part athlete, part entertainer — like the final seconds of a tied game, played with paintbrushes.
One of only a handful of women performing at this level anywhere, she has painted live for more than 200,000 people across two countries and the biggest stages in American sport. Her performances anchor corporate conferences, brand activations, arena halftime shows, and large-scale productions across the U.S. and abroad.

Why Audiences Love Annika’s Performances

-

-
Arena-safe, mess-free setup built for live production
-
Paintings that continue working post-event as auction pieces, VIP gifts, or permanent displays

From Kansas Roots to Global Stages
The first time Annika painted live, her entire high school was watching — three paintings, no practice, one of them upside down on a dare from her dad to "see how it turns out." It turned out. She spent the pageant years that followed teaching herself to finish a full painting in 90 seconds, on a homemade spinning easel her dad and brother built to fit in the back of her Honda Civic.
That path led to the Miss America stage and a portrait of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg she cared about so much she wrote to the Supreme Court for permission first — and RBG saw the video.
After a historic two-year reign as Miss Kansas and a Top 15 finish at Miss America, Annika spent years building a career in the nonprofit sector while steadily growing her work as a performance painter. What began in a high school auditorium had become a calling, and she eventually went all in — leaving the corporate world to paint full-time.
Today, with more than a decade of live performances behind her, her work appears in arena halftime shows, major conference stages, national broadcasts, and corporate events worldwide.
